Easy:15 mins with 100 jumping jacks
Medium:30 mins with 100 reverse crunches
Hard:1 hour with household task(sweeping) and above both exercises

so you need the clips with teeth ad some twine.

1: clamp your nipple with clips, then tie a piece of twine to each clip, then tie the other end to your big toe, rigth nipple to right toe, left nipple to the left toe, tense the twines, you must be a little bend foward, so standing tey start pull, and then get dressed with no bra, but a long t-shirt, wtines go under all the clothes.

2: same as one, but tank top cropped, and shorts, so twine are visible.

3: same as one but very short crop top and shorts, so twine are visible, and also barefoot or with sandals, so the twine is more visible.
remember to put a cuple of anklet to fix the wtine to your ankles if barefoot or sandals with no ankle belt.

then go for a walk.
