25 jumping jacks

25 hits with a wooden spoon

25 book drops
25 with a shoe
25 with a metal spoon
25 with a wet towel.
Tie your balls and then repeat.

If you have been in the thread longer than four days:
250 hits to the left with a wooden spoon, then 250 hits to the right with a wet wooden spoon. Every 10 hits, you can either edge once, or do 25 jumping jacks.

Bouncing Bunnies:
Complete both with double numbers.

Thank you miss emmyred for the busts, i have been in this thread more than 4 days so did the b. I didn't think i'd be able to do jumping jacks with sore balls so i chose the edges which turned out to be hell. The combination of ever fuller balls with the wooden spoon made every ten hits hurt much worse. By the end both my balls were in agony and very very bruised. It also made me want to cum so bad and im still in denial for at least 2 weeks.

the first fifty wereboth painful and good excercise as where the 2nd fifty, i like to think you are just looking out for our health
the wooden spoon is so not nice they are very sore
The final fifty was tough because i couldn't think what my actual favorite is so did them to the big bang theory

doing all of those with double numbers took a long time which is why this report is so late in the day XD the sample pack hurt because of the wide range of items my balls were yelling at me and repeating it with them tied was even worse. while I hate exercise busts the edges while in denial are worse XD Thank you for the busts Nice Lady!
