Put two bananas into a microwave for 30 seconds and then put them into your diaper. Now go jogging for 15 mins (u can wear above what u want) but sit every 5 mins on a bench for 1 minute. So the bananas will get smashy

Back home sit down for 10 minutes before cleaning urself.

put oatmeal mixed with water spread throughout the diaper before you wear. You decide the mixture but it has to be before the point of overflowing for at least 4 hours.

You should document how much oatmeal (in cups) and water you are using, What diaper and what you will wear on top of that.
