Ok so i've done this now - it was really tough on my balls - i used a chilled wooden spoon but still had to take breaks after each 10-15 hits with it - i chickened out of using a hard wire brush to scrub my balls so used a toothbrush instead so wasn't too painful.

I used my belt to tie my cock out of the way and used a plastic cooking spatula to do the 100 whacks with - it was very intense a mixture of stinging and pain to my balls - for the last 25 punches i couldn't tell which nut was bigger so decided to punch my right nut as that was the least tender - that was excrutiating as the focus on just the 1 ball seems to make it even worse.
