This Guy's Group Hypnosis Challenge

I'm making this up as I go along here, so bare with me...

I have an idea for a group hypnosis type thing. Everybody will listen to the file I give you (based on the category we choose via poll) and report our progress to each other. The goal, obviously, is to exhibit the altered behavior as quickly as possible. Points will be given to the first to exhibit all traits of the file in descending order from 5. First person gets +5, second +4, down to 0 at which point you aren't given any, but aren't penalized. Now, obviously, it's very easy to lie about behaviors on the internet, but you don't get anything from it and it's just a friendly competition. Just reply if you're interested and vote in the poll! Poll ends Friday at 3:47AM. I'll post the file soon thereafter.

Note: Everyone who votes and says that they're in is expected to participate, even if the category you wanted didn't get chosen. After all, if you don't want it to work, it won't. But listening to the same suggestions over and over, you can't help wonder about it, possibly broadening your horizons. But if you really are opposed to the suggestions, nothing will happen.
EDIT: All files chosen will be able to be downloaded for free.
