Okay, here's a few dares to get you started on your list... Maybe you could set it up where someone, without seeing the list, can roll a d20 and tell you which one to do!

Wedgie Dares
Put on two pairs of panties, with the inside one pulled up tight in the back as a wedgie and the outside one pulled tight into a frontal wedgie. Put on another pair of panties above this and go out, stay out until it has at least mostly unpicked itself (you can do anything to help it other than using your hands) from the wedgie from walking, or until 4 hours has passed.

Diaper Dares
Take a pair of panties and soak it in cold water. Wring it out mostly but not totally, and then stuff yourself with them before putting on a diaper. Then, every hour you need to drink two glasses of water, and relax your bladder afterwards. If after 4 hours you haven't wet yourself, you may use the toilet. If not, change the diaper when it's comfortable for you and wear it to bed.

Combined
Put on a diaper, hang it on a door handle, and lower yourself to kneeling position where the diaper becomes wedgied. Don't lower yourself so much it could rip or tear, just enough to feel the wedgie. Leave it until you have drank 1 liter of water and waited 1d4 hours.

Drink 1 liter of water 20 minutes before starting this dare. Then, pull the front of your diaper up until you feel a wedgie starting. Release your hold, but don't pick it out until you've finished your next meal.

Put on two pairs of panties, then a diaper on top. For the inside panty, pull the front up as tight as you can. Then, on the outside panty, pull the back up as tight as you can. Until you can either hump or squirm out of the wedgie, you must keep the diaper on. Good luck!
