Default Physical Training Camp 2020

Are you looking for a place to stay in shape?- A place to get physical training (pt) to prepare for fall sports?

Due to social distancing guidelines in several geographic areas, opportunities for athletes/perspective athletes for in-person training has been limited. With the potential for fall/winter sports to be starting, there is a demand for remote-training.

This thread is designed as a place where athletes may either voluntarily sign up; to get physical training; or where coaches can send players for mandatory pre-season training; where athletes will be whipped into shape.

***this thread is intended to be for fun/fantasy; and not for professional training****

Coaches may also use this as a site to recruit players if there is a need for conditioned players.

Specifics of this thread will be determined; as demand arises- but if you are interested in participating in this thread, either as a coach or athlete, please provide the following-
****I may also send a private survey to help me better customize training that includes information which may be private to some (ie: weight, height, etc.)

Depending upon Demand, workouts can also be customized to certain teams/sports/etc.

WEEK 1 FITNESS CHALLENGE

There are 2 teams for this Week's WODS:

Team 1

1. connwhore
2. justhetip
3. aise
4. Isabelle 3
5. subaddict


Team 2
1. Badlyofmore
2. LolitaMaid
3. Lomlakh
4. Tfhtfrrgghh
5. Beof95

There were an odd number of players so Anonscs was randomly chosen as the "wild card" athlete (sorry Anonscs). The First team to have 2 players complete CONTEST 1, by saying "Completed contest 1" in this thread, will recruit Anonscs on their team which will help earn points!

The 2 teams will compete against each other....earning points....just for fun, but also to stay healthy. The team with the most points will win. If you'd like to be a little riskier/kinkier....message me your interests and if you want to risk anything in pvt. Feel free to challenge other players for dares between yoursleves (either on this thread or in private)---to be able to include all players- the losers will have to do an additional exercise next week based off of your fitness levels. (other kinkier bets can be made separate from that).

TIMEFRAMES-
you can complete all the below, at your own pace, between NOW and Friday night 11:59PM Eastern Standard time. Please be sure to enter all results by Noon Saturday.

A Description of how teams can earn points is as follows:

Contest 1

Find the video "8 minute marine body workout with Jason Klein"- Each player can earn up to 3 points for their team; by completing this video. If you complete it 1 Time, like my post "I completed the video 1 time"....if you complete it 2 times, like my post "I completed the video 2 times", and if you completed it 3 times, like my post, "completed the video 3 times". If you are one of the first few to complete it, please also post a message to this thread, as the first team with 2 people to complete the video gets to recruit Ananscs for their team.- This will be a max of 15 points per team (or 18 points for Ananscs's team).

****note exercises done as part of the video do not count for any of the below categories


Contest 2

Burpees- The team that completes the most burpees will earn 8 Points.- These can be done on your own, whevever able. Please post your final, personal, numbers before noon on Saturday.--if you do additional burpees after you post, please be clear as to what your total for the week is.

Contest 3

Pullups- Justhetip & Beof95 both have pullup bars. As such, you are the only ones who who can earn points from this category. Whichever of you does the most pullups between now and Friday night will earn 5 points for their team.- Please post your results by Saturday noon

Contest 4

Plank position
Whichever team earns the most "plank coins" for their team will earn 10 points for their team. 1 "plank point" is earned by spending 60 seconds in plank position. Any athlete can earn up to 10 "plank coins".- please post results by Saturday noon

Contest 5
10K (6.21 miles) contest- Any Player that runs/jogs/walks 10K between now and Friday, can earn 4 points for their team (4 points max per person). This can be done on a trail, streets, track, or treadmill.- If you complete this, please post when you do.***note, the 10k can be done in 1 workout, or can be broken up into smaller runs/jobs...total of 10k is needed.

Contest 6

Dumbells- Find the video, "5 Min Arms Workout at Home with Dumbbells - Biceps and Triceps 5 Minute Arm Workout for Women & Men"- Each time you do this video, between now and Friday, you can earn 1 point for your team (up to 3 points per person)

Contest 7

Jumping Jacks- Any athlete who does 250 jumping jacks between now and Friday can earn 1 point for your team.- post completion by Saturday noon. If done naked (and you specify they were done naked), it will be worth 2 points. (only 1 set of 250 per person).

Note---if new players join the thread, they will be placed on "Team 3"- they can still participate...but will likely have a much lower score- No workout punishment for them if they lose.
