As your punishment you will do the following

Step 1: put on two pull up diapers and your bib, nothing else
Step 2: cook your oatmeal
Step 3: wait for the oatmeal to cool to a nice warm temperature but not one that will burn your skin. However, not too cold either. Then dump all of the oatmeal into your inner diaper. 2/3 in the front 1/3 in the back. Feel free to drizzle homey or something on top of it when it's in your diaper if you wish.
Step 4: you'll close the diaper and sit in the oatmeal for ten minutes whilst you suck on your pacifier.
Step 5: after ten minutes you will eat all of the oatmeal. If not at least all of what's in the front of the inner diaper.
Step 6: you're not allowed to change out of your diaper until you have at least peed in it.

Good luck with your punishment and I would love to see either some kind of report on here or for you to message me on Kik or Skype and send me picture proof of you completing your punishment.
