Buttplug advice

Hello there, has anyone tried a plug with a larger neck like the one in the pic? Does it stay firmly in place like the classic ones or does it tend to slip out? That would be kinda annoying and I wanna be sure beforehand.

I haven't used a plug like that per say, but a dialotor (so an even wider shaft, even less of a size difference between the shaft and tip). Something hard like glass or metal will have some slipping issues, so underwear is a must. However, something silicone will not only be more comfortable, but also has a better chance of staying put as it can flex when you move rather then trying to be pushed out.

I haven’t tried but I always had issues of mine slipping out. I used to tie them in with a long bit of rope(I’d make like a gstring out of it to make it stay in)
I hardly noticed the sting after a short amount of time
