Start this punishment when you’re already needing to pee.

Diaper up and drink a large glass of water.

Then go head for a walk.
You get to decide how long, but you’re going to have to stay out until you wet yourself, then another 30 minutes.

When you get home take out a pen and paper and write a list of all the qualities a good student has. This could be things like ‘hardworking’ or ‘attentive’.
You’re aiming for at least 50.

When you think you can write no more, take off your diaper and give yourself one spank for each number below 50.
So if you wrote 15 words, that’s 35 spanks.

You may not use the bathroom for four hours before you do.

If you wet yourself before you go to sleep, you may get cleaned up and start your day when you wake up.

Start this punishment when you’re ready to wet and mess.

Diaper up and then edge by touching the outside of your diaper, then you may wet and mess your diaper.

When you feel you are empty you’re going to edge again, without touching the inside of your diaper.
While you do so look around and identify five things you can hump, and say out loud ‘I’m going to hump (object) in my messy diaper until I edge’

Then, you guessed it.
Five more edges by humping the object your previously identifyed.

I believe your currently in diapers for another 10 hours, start this punishment as soon as the time runs out.
If you choose to delay it, the time is doubled.

During your punishment you must be diapered at all times, using them as you need to unless you decide to enter puppy mode.

In puppy mode you do not have to wear a diaper, but you must follow the following rules.
*must be on all fours, no standing or walking
*must eat and drink from a bowl on the floor
*may go to the bathroom anywhere, except a human toilet
*must sleep on the floor, a blanket is permitted but no pillow

You may switch between states as much as you want

If you break any of the rules, add 12 hours to the length of this punishment.

I think you need reminding why you need diapers.

Start this punishment when you first wake up. Drink a large glass of water and strip down to your underwear. It might be a good idea to put some Vaseline, or rash cream underneath your underwear.
Ideally, there’s will be full cotton briefs, but if you don’t have any, use the closet you have.

Set a timer for an hour. When this goes off drink a large glass of water. Reset the timer. Repeat for 6 times total (five more times) , or until you wet yourself.

If you last the six hours (I’ll be very very surprised, and ) you will escape punishment.

When you wet yourself, put a diaper on over your wet panties.
Multiply the amount of hours you had left by two.
This is the amount of time you must spend diapered.

You may change at any time, but you must keep a pair of underwear underneath the diaper.

Failure to comply with any part of the punishment, adds an hour to the remaining time.

I’m sure after a few hours of damp Cotten rubbing against you, you’ll realise diapers are much better option in case of accidents!

Pack a bag with two diapers, any changing supplies you normally use and a water bottle.

Diaper up and travel to an area about an hour away from your house, it should be relatively populated and have public toilets. Keep sipping from your water bottle on the journey.

When you arrive, if you have wet yourself head to the bathroom for a diaper change, you may do so in a locked cubicle. Before you leave tuck the back of your shirt into the waist band of your diaper; making sure its visible when you are standing.

Keep refilling your water bottle and drinking from it as you can. You must keep your shirt tucked into your diaper until you wet it again, or someone points it out to you.
