Hi, i need a lot of painful sadistic punishments for a female slave, have a lot of toys and equipment.

What kind of toys? Why not a good old spanking but in public? Just stop in the high street make her bend over your knee and spank her 50 times or in less public like a park depends how confident and how bad she has been.
