Random idea which came to me from a thread I saw earlier, I don't think this has been done before (apologies if it has).

Simple idea: in one post someone suggests an item, in the next a person comes up with a kinky use for that item and suggests another item for the next person.

However, as it is too tempting to take the easy option and suggest the item is insertable, you can only do that if the previous two suggestions weren't that - and your previous two suggestions in the thread weren't "insert it".

Simple enough? I think so, but by way of example:
