Dare: Cumulative Hot Potato Online Exposure Double Loser Edition

So everyone knows how hot potato is played, but this is with a twist. It is played as normal, except...

Both the person to start the hot potato and the last have to fulfil the actions in each line.

Because the person starting has more risk because they don't know what it is coming up, they can ignore the whole of, or parts of, two lines regardless of whether the line says they can be ignored or changed.

All hot potatoes must be at least 10 lines long before they can be boomed.

All lines should be around exposure.

The boomer no longer has to start the next hot potato unless they want to, but then they'll definitely be a loser for the next one!
