I like the idea of "Person Above Video Game Dare," but it all seems to be punishment instead of reward. Like, edge if you get scored against, or punch your balls if you come in last, or put on clothespins every time you die, etc..
In this thread, you have to make progress or do good in the game to achieve pleasure/orgasm. For example:

Madden 13: every touchdown you make, you can masturbate for five minutes.
or
Skyrim: slay three dragons before you can orgasm
or
Minecraft: you may masturbate for two minutes for every diamond block you find. You can orgasm once you find ten diamond blocks.

This is a really neat idea provided people know the games of course.

Start a new ship, you can one attempt (without any aid from videos, guides or looking at your older ships) to launch and get into stable orbit.

If you fail to get into orbit you must stick something up your ass and try again, each time using a progressively bigger item.
Once you get into orbit, you must masturbate with a number of fingers in your ass equal to the number of stages your space craft needed for orbit (so 3 stages=3 fingers)
