I think you should learn to keep your hands to yourself and tucked in like any good person should. Tie some rope around your wrist (connected tthem but leave 1-2dm between then) then tie a string to two clothes claps and attach one to each nipple. Do this all on all days.

Your goal is to go about doing your thing while like this if you manage an hour without any of the claps falling off you get rewarded with a 2 hour break.

If one of the claps fall off you add another hour and another clap.

You are only allowed to put claps on your nipples thung and clit/balls. If you can't fit anymore you'll have to tie yourself up for the rest of the day.

Now the tricky part depending how long it will take you the less forgiving rules will be.

You should go for a walk or visit a store while your tits bound as follows:

Tie yourself a crotch rope. Pull the end of the rope trough collar ring. Sit on a chair and tie the rope to your knee, so that your tight if off the chair, so if you rest your leg against the rope it will pull the rope.
