Alright, this is kind of tough to stay with in your limits so I might push some boundaries here. If you hate the dare, let me know and I'll try to give you a new one.

First (this is the part that you might not like), you must go to a thrift store and find a dress as similar in color to Manaphy as possible. Thrift store because it's cheap, lots of variety, and you can just play it off as part of a halloween costume or a prop for a movie your friend is making.

Alright, now you must wear the dress, and use makeup or markers to add the red necklace (unless you can find an actual piece of jewelry that works better.), and the yellow spots around your eyes. If you have make up, wear it as well.

While you are dressed up like Manaphy you must call two of your friends and tell them how great it is that they are your friend, and how much you appreciate them. (you can text them if you would rather.) (Manaphy is very friendly and charming, right?)

Lastly, if you wish, take a shower while doing a rain dance, still dressed up like manaphy! Bring some dish soap into the shower and use it to make bubbles with your hands!

Ah, bummer. Really sorry, I just am having a rough time with your likes and limited selection of items. Here we go, round two.

From the start of the dare for the following hour, you are a Manaphy. You can wear that swimsuit if you would like, or just wear panties or whatever you please. You must still do the makeup/marker as before, and you must also put socks over your hands as Manaphy has flippers. Manaphy is a cute pokemon so you should do your best to look cute too!

You are not aloud to talk or make any noises that a Manaphy wouldn't make for the entirety of the hour. Also since Manaphy is 80 percent water, you must either drink a glass of water every 15 minutes, or be in a bath or shower to hydrate. You still must do a rain dance as stated before. (one of Manaphy's best moves) And if you wish to blow bubbles, you can remove the socks from your hands.

I still think you should tell your friends you appreciate them, whether you do it as Manaphy or not.

Sorry if this is an odd dare, I just can't seem to come up with any good big dare, so I came up with an assortment of little ones. :s
