Looser must sent Winner 5 catagories. Winner will then choose 2 roulettes from each category they want the looser to do. The looser can then choose to do all 10 normally, or 5 of them where they have to do the highest/most severe number on each

Loser sends 3 collections/categories to the winner. Winner then picks a roulette from each collection for loser to do (within limits). Loser may discard any of these roulettes, but for each one discarded, the winner gets to add two new ones from that collection, picking the rolls as well.
