Next time you go grocery shopping wear your shortest tee shirt, loosest pants, tighty whites, and no belt. While shopping you have to 1) get something heavy off the bottom shelf and put it on the bottom of your shopping cart, and 2) make sure to help unload and reload your cart when at the register.
