Bottle Pee Dare

I had an idea for a dare, and I've not seen it done before, so here it is.

What you need:

A bottle
Some water

What to do:

Find a bottle. It should be a decent size, at least 500ml, but not too big - at most about 1 liter.
This bottle is now yours for the day. It is the only thing you may drink from. No other cups, mugs, bottles or anything else can be used to drink from.
Here's the catch - you can only fill it up once, at the start of the day.
Fill it up then drink it all - how refreshing. Depending on the size of your bottle, you may want to repeat this. It doesn't have to be downed, just drunk fairly quickly. (A maximum of a liter per hour should be enough for the dare, and safe for your body)
Sooner or later, you'll feel the need to pee. Do it back into the bottle.
Now, if you get thirsty, you have to drink your own pee. Then you need to go again, so fill the bottle back up - and it goes on and on like that.

"Sounds easy enough - just drink at the start of the day, then don't drink any more, right?"
Well, no. The second catch is that the bottle cannot overflow, so if you need to pee in your already full bottle, you better drink some first.

Any spillage needs a punishment. I'll leave deciding the punishment to you, depending on how harsh you want it to be or your limits, but you could try drinking the entire contents of your bottle and licking up the spillage.

So to summarise the rules:

You can only use your one bottle all day.
You may only fill it up once at the start of the day.
You must drink a good amount of water fairly early on.
If you want to pee, you must do it in the bottle.
The bottle must not overflow - if it does, take a punishment.
The only way to empty to your bottle is to drink its contents.

Modifications
The dare can be changed slightly to suit your tastes. A few ideas are to change the bottle size (bigger means you can store more pee without having to drink it, but you also have to drink more at the start), change the amount of time you do it for (several days will become very difficult as your pee gets more and more concentrated) or just to drink more water. Be creative

My Experience
I gave this a try... I didn't last. Three mouthfuls of my light yellow urine was enough for me to gag and nearly hurl. It probably would have been easier if I'd drunk more in the morning.

Anyway, I gave up, so I took a punishment - 10 ice cubes in my pants, and a generous helping of vapor rub on my penis did the trick. I hope some of you guys do a bit better than me.

I might try again sometime, with a bigger bottle, and see how it goes. I'll let you know what happens if I do.

Safety First
Drinking large quantities of water can be dangerous. Water intoxication can kill - so just don't drink too much. Healthy kidneys can easily deal with about 1 liter every hour. If you feel the need to drink much more than this, consider adding a small amount of salt and/or sugar to help counter some of the effects of drinking too much water.

Also, urine can carry infections and bacteria. If you know of, or suspect any sort of urinary or genital infections, do not drink your own urine. Seek medical advice first. Generally, urine shouldn't be drunk, but it shouldn't cause any harm either - it is usually sterile when it leaves the body.

Leaving urine to sit around for a long time is also a health concern, as it attracts lots of bacteria. Keep your bottle or container closed, and perhaps chilled, especially if leaving it overnight. Generally though, a healthy individual should have no problems with this dare.

i did this dare and made it through half the day after drinking 1 bottle of piss i drank half of piss bottle number 2 than i dumped the other half into the toilet and drank water without the bottle
