looking for rules to follow

hello! im back to try this again, as the day after i posted this the first time something serious came up in my life and i had to drop everything, but im back!

im 5'3 115lbs female, i live in an apartment alone going to college, about half is online atm. id really like some rules that have to do with both my daily life as well as more sexual rules. id like some clothing, diet, hygiene, stuff like that to be the primary set of rules, but id also enjoy a few that have to do with masterbaition or sex. i have a few toys, and am willing to spend a little money if i need to pick up something for very creative rules.

Since you live alone, there should be no problem with you staying naked all the time at home. And at least two hours should be spent with all curtains open.
When you wake up, you must take a cold shower of at least 3 minutes. After that, you can turn on the warm/hot water.
At least once a day, you will eat from a bowl on the floor like a dog (you can't use your hands for this).

Here is a semi public hygiene one for you.

In order to be allowed to shower or bath yourself in any way, you must have first flashed your breasts somewhere public.

You can do it in the middle of your yard, or find something to hide behind, do it in your car, in a store, or go to a deserted forest at night it doesn't matter as long as it is in a public area where a man might be able to see you (not in the women's restroom). You must expose yourself for at least 10 seconds straight or it doesn't count.

Every time you shower you are required to repeat the public flash to be able to shower again. Flashing multiple times in on day does not let you shower multiple times, it resets after each shower.
