Help Stealthy Pick a "New" toy

I've been playing with the idea of adding to my toy collection but keep putting it off by not being sure what to get! So I'm deciding to take the chose partly out of my hands!

Im looking to spend between $30-50 so depending on what wins I will buy either just the top choice or the top two! Feel free to provide links to more detailed suggestions! ( I will look at them and comment what my feelings are when I imagine them being used on me)

I will accept possible dares involving the toys with the plan to only do the dares involving the toys I do buy!
