Keep attempting the final boss, and do the following after every death:

If you did worse than your last attempt (measured as did not get to the same phase/deathblow count), edge.

If you did better than your last attempt (got to a later phase or killed the boss), twist your nipples until it's uncomfortable/hitting your pain threshold.

Repeat until you cum from screwing up an edge or kill the boss.
