You could probably use some hypno! Pick 2 hypnosis files that include incontinence suggestions and baby behavior suggestions. Listen to them on a loop whenever you are alone for the next week ( at least 4 hours). every day that you do this, you must be diapered. starting with one and adult clothes on the first day. the second day you must add either a diaper or babyish item while you are listening (ex: you can add a second diaper and stay in adult clothes, or stay in one diaper and add a binkie). you must go to at least three diapers thick and try stick to the hypnosis suggestions.

Pick a 20-30 minute episode, with subtitles on (must be a kids show, obviously)
During this time, you must have yur baby bottle full of milk and in yur mouth the whole time.

Roll for a random letter, and then choose any word you want starting with that same letter.
Every time that word is said take a 2 second sip from yur sippy

The goal is to drink over half yur milkies, but not drink all of it.

If you do either, yu have to redo the dare.

Let's see how the baby is today. Apply a diaper....wait no, double diaper. Gotta make sure we're padded for protection. Put on a one piece outfit, something in pink preferred. Don't forget the bonnet and pacifier now. Make sure that pacifier has a clip so we don't lose it too. Babies only crawl, so that's what you'll be doing. Toilet is obviously off limits for the baby. Drink everything through a baby bottle. Must be at least 2 liters by end of day in total. Meals must be something mushy, if not then make them by applying water until it becomes mush. Total time is 8 hours.

Try not to leak or make too big a mess, daddy and mommy have to work.

You will start by double diapering up. Add a stuffer if you have one. Then it's time for the baby to eat. Wearing nothing but your diaper and a bib (if you don't have a bib you can tie a towel around your neck or something that will serve the same purpose.) Now it's time to feed the baby. Baby food only of course (anything you've pureed down to baby food consistency ) You will feed your self making sure to play those games babies love such as making air plane noises or choo choo train noises. Of course you are a picky baby so you will only swallow every other bite and you will let every other mouthful drool out of your mouth before having the next bite. You must finish the whole meal and take a nap before cleaning up.
