Go to a place that sells female and male clothes. Grab a female clothing item, go to the change rooms try it on take photos then leave it in the changes rooms and walk out

Here you go:

Wear a pair of briefs (smaller, bikini-style briefs will work better than tighty whities for this)
Go about your day as normal.
Each time your wedgie dislodges itself (and you can safely get to a bathroom or other relatively private spot), reset it and note the number of times it has happened.
For each “wardrobe malfunction,” you’ll pay a penalty of one day of denial while going commando.
