Yes of course, I think a bigger link between the two sites would be good

I think that system leads to a lot more engagement between users, and is why forums have generally fallen to the wayside against sites like Facebook and Reddit. It also allows for easy notifications when someone replies to you in a post. Whereas with Getdare, it's kind of a crapshoot unless you PM someone and tell them you've replied, or they happen to check the post again.

My suggestion: Consistent enforcement of rules around pics, or at least some clarification of what they are.

I used to be a huge fan of this site and met several people who are very important to me here, but a few years back I had a moderator delete DOZENS of pics that I had my slave take specifically for getdare, and write me up for an infraction.

The pics and albums that were deleted were well-within the community standards. I had been a member for years already at that time, and I was very aware of what is acceptable and what isn't and was happy to work within those constraints. A lot of time and thought went into those pics and many had been on the site for years already with no issues from anyone at the time they were deleted.

They were far-tamer than many of the pics posted by others then and even today. No nipples or genitals were shown. As far as I can tell, this mod had a problem with my specific taste in kinks and a poor understanding of the sites own community standards. I sent several messages to mods in an attempt to understand what happened, all of which were ignored.

Although I still check in now and then, I no longer feel like it's a friendly place for me and my slaves and our kinks, and I don't care to post any new content, pics, or anything else knowing that it's likely to be erased arbitrarily.

Simply stating what is allowed and what isn't with some clarity, and having a process to deal with mods who are not playing by the same rules as everyone else would be my #1 suggestion.

Well hopefully they'll see your comment. I do find sometimes the mods don't give us enough communication at times.

I'm always confused by them too. Like, I think posting a link to a picture with nudity is not allowed, but posting a pretty explicit piece of art directly into getdare is allowed? It also throws me off how there is usually a pretty explicitly pornographic ad image on the homepage, but linking to pictures in threads isn't allowed.
