Maybe those options should be a dice roll also, so roll again, one time to see how many of these you have to do, then keep rolling to find out which ones, if you roll the same one twice you must roll again. So if you roll 6 in the first step you just have to do all at same time, you don't need to roll again. If something in the list is beyond your limits then you should modify or replace it with something else that isn't yet equally challenging, likewise if it's well within your limits then make it more challenging.
