Im new so I apologise for poor instructiones.
The dare is to complete as many of the following instructions without orgasming or giving in from pain (or injuring urself!)
Read them all first to gather neccessay equipment.

1. Insert a single finger into your anus
2. Move it in small circles for 3 minutes
3. Insert a second finger and push both as deep as possible
4. Curve both fingers while inserted and lightly massage your insides for 4 minutes changing position regularly
5. insert a lubricated carrot of reasonable size (you may use any lubricant availible) as deep as you can bare
6.Gently fuck your ass with the carrot, gathering speed. Once at the pace of a full insertion and withdrawl every 2 seconds, repeat non stop for 2 minutes
7. Insert three fingers, push them as deep as they go and hold for 2 minutes
8. Insert four fingers, push them as deep as possible and hold for 3 minutes before removing and reinserting 8 times
9. Use any object you wish with a consistent diameter of an inch or more and a length of 8 inches or more. You may use any lubricant you wish. Insert the full length and hold it for 5 minutes
