You can wait 3 days, or you can also do it later when your dick recovered. Your choice. The three days punishment are only, if you decide not to do this milking dare at all, or if you fail cumming, when you do it. But nobody needs to do the milking dares immediately (unless specificially stated so). It is completely fine to schedule that dare for later.
