right, naughty girls get punished, but obviously its not meant to be enjoyable (though i would, coz im odd) you must eat a very simple diet for the week, no snacking, plain food, such as toast with no topping for breakfast, plain rice or pasta for lunch and plain rice or pasta for dinner etc. or even miss a meal (not every day wouldnt be healthy) but at least on some days, so you go hungry and remember what you are and why you are submitting to being punished.

Here's one that I've used...

You will strip naked and kneel by the wall. You will take a ping-pong ball and hold it there with your nose for 1 hour. Your thighs will be perpendicular to the ground, hands folded behind your back. Dropping this form adds ten minutes to your time AND resets it.

This can be done several days in a row, if need be, and things can be added, such as nasty things written all over yourself and so on.

Another useful punishment is to have you write out what you did wrong, why it was done, how it will be corrected in the future, and how deeply sorry you are that you did this.
