My master demands that i have to do a painful punishment. I am a sixteen yearold male.

have him tie your hands to two bed posts (one hand to one one bed post) and then your legs toe the other bed posts, but you must be doin the splits.
then haqve hime eaither take something like a belt and whip your balls untill he's satisfied, or tie a rope to your balls and have him pull for how long and how hard is up to him. a varryation to this would to yank it every so often.
or if your punish ment needs to be VERY BAD he could do both.

Tie a shoelace around and between your balls so it will not ciome off unless you untie it then stay like that for 24 hours.

he could just have it so that the slave has to do anything to get someone to help and have it over web cam with sound. and for the occasional jerks have the helper wear headphones and plug then in instead of speakers.
