This was an idea I got from the tread The Measuring Dare (For Guys).
The idea is simple, you measure your penis and post the length (No Cheating) and a dare. If yours is smaller than the one above you, you do that dare. If it is bigger, they do your dare. So it is possible you might have to do two dares.
I'll start. 6.5" erect.

DARE: Do a hanging wedgie, front and back for half an hour.
