punish 22f for not completing punishments and dares

i have not been in getdare for awhile and because of this i missed being a wedgie slave to someone who earned it through beating me in a dare and i haven’t completed my dares and punishments.

i need some hard punishments to make me learn it is unacceptable to act like this. i need to take responsibility for my actions.

the person with the best punishment will get me as a wedgie slave (duration will be discussed through pm)

i am currently completing my dare as a wedgie slave for two weeks. i have rules:

“For two weeks, every day you wear a bra connection wedgie for 6 hours, a front bra connection wedgie for 6 hours, a permanent wedgie for six hours, and a shoulder wedgie for six hours. You have to rotate but in total thats 24 hours of wedgies for 2 weeks. Now you can have breaks for instances like showering but a plug is required. Swimming, if not comfortable doing with bathing suit, plug if comfortable, if not no worries not trying to push limits. You are allowed one additional break a day but plug must be in for that time period as well. The order in which you do the wedgies is up to you and where you are. For example if you start with a front bra connection and have to use a public bathroom 6 hours later to change, then you can choose whatever is easiest to do, but no repeats allowed so be prepared.
The same style of underwear cannot be worn two days in a row and Thursdays are thong specific days. Other than that you can wear any style you want but no repeats.
For every wedgie time period you cannot complete, you double a punishment wedgie time. So if you can only handle a 4 hour shoulder wedgie then two of the punishment wedgie times must be doubled.
Any additional wedgies given can alter the time, so if i give you a two hour chair wedgie then whatever wedgie period you are in (for example shoulder wedgie) then that now becomes only four hours because two hours are taken up. Basically it requires you to have as close to 24 hours of wedgies as possible.
Weekends are for trying new wedgies. One hour a weekend you must a new wedgie style each day, no repeats allowed. For example you could do atomic and jock lock. But the next weekend you would have to pick something new like messy, propellor, or hanging.
I will give wedgie tasks to complete when possible. If you fail any tasks you choose an extra day as my wedgie slave or double a punishment wedgie time but you add a butt plug to it as well.”

my pussy and ass have been in constant pain and are definitely sore. i cannot remove the wedgie unless i’m putting a new one in. so i am constantly living in some sort of wedgie which is what i deserve.

Get yourself some handcuffs and ice cubes. First put the key to the handcuffs inside of a ice cube maker, so the key is inside the ice. Than put yourself in a wedgie of your chosing.(i always prefere a hanging wedgie) than put the handcufs on your arms on the front side. You have to wait untill the ice cube melts untill you can release yourself. You can put the ice cube inside of your hands to melt it faster but it could fall, so i would suggest you bring scissors with you, just tie the scissor to your ankle so if your key falls it will be a pain to get the scissors. If you dont want the key to fall easily. Put it inside of your underwear.

In case you accept that as a fair punishment you will spank your ass until it is getting red and/or you feel uncomfortable sitting on it. You will understand that giving you any exact target numbers to achieve that will be very hard to give here.

Anyhow, as a result your sensitive ass cheeks should ensure that your will balance your weight even more carefully when sitting somewhere.
