As soon as you start you have to be diapered 42hours of the next 2 days (48 hours) but you are only allowed to change 5 times.But if you want to take your diaper off because you have something to do and put them back on later that also counts as a change.

Wear a diaper for 24 hours. Put it on first thing in the morning. Every time you eat - as close as possible to half of your food must be put into your diaper - do this before you start eating yourself. hungry? - make more but remember 50/50.

What you eat is up to you but you must eat breakfast lunch and dinner (with desert) minimum.

If you start leaking tape it up and/or put another diaper on.

You can change up to 3 times - but each time you must cum in your diaper first.

When you first wake up in the morning this saturday or sunday (whichever works for you) put on a diaper. Now get some tape and a LOT of chocolate pudding. Use tape to seal the diaper up tight so it can't leak, but before you do that fill it until it is almost leaking/overflowing with chocolate pudding. You must wear this squishy pudding diaper all day. You can only take it off after 10:00 pm. You probably figured this out but you physically cannot use the toilet with this. Do all your business in the diaper. Have fun!
