I ghosted my Dom. Please punish me as you see fit.

Ghosting is never nice. Punishment from others will not help you here. You need to do the right thing. That will be more uncomfortable than just about anything else.

I agree also. Ghosting is wrong on the part of the Dom or the sub. If it is time to end a relationship, it needs to be done honestly.
