Sounding Help

So I'm looking for some help from others that have sounded. I've recently gotten into sounding and I'm trying to find a lube that is good for it and safest to use. Appreciate all comments in this since I'm still pretty new to all this... Thanks for commenting!

You could've googled it but it's sticking a rod into their urethra.
