For the next three days, if you use the toilet you must get creative and do it in different positions. Some examples include facing backwards or standing. You are not allowed to repeat the same position in the same day, so get creative. Any time you take a shower you must make sure to pee in the shower.

At least once a day you must pee your pants and pee in a different location, but you can't put these two together. That means if you decide to pee in the kitchen even if you're wearing your clothes it can only count for either your clothes or the location, but not both.

For the next 4 days you are forbidden from using the toilet to pee. You must wet yourself, but you aren't allowed to do so in the bathroom. When you use the bathroom to poop, you are only allowed to pull down your underwear enough to poop into the toilet, but any pee leaked will be all over your clothes. You are also not allowed to change your underwear until after an hour.

Whenever you need to go to the bathroom you must sit on the toilet facing backwards, and you aren't allowed to pull down your underwear. You can pull down your pants, and you are only allowed to pull your underwear down enough to prevent yourself from messing. You may change whenever you like.

For the next week you are not allowed to pull down your underwear while you pee. You must pee through your underwear. At least once a day you must also pee without pulling down your pants, and you aren't allowed to do this in the bathroom. If you need to poop, you must leave them in a position where any pee you leak will still get into your underwear. You may only change clothes after cumming in them.

For the full 7 hours you will remain naked except for a diaper. You are only allowed to change after messing or once your diaper starts leaking. You must drink two cups of water (16 oz) every hour, and you aren't allowed to hold your bladder or bowels, you must go like a baby would, as soon as you feel the need you must stop whatever you're doing and let it all out.

For a week you will be wearing diapers as much as possible. In fact, you won't be allowed to use the bathroom, for any reason, so any time you aren't padded you have to hold it. Every day you will be drinking two cups (16 oz) of water every hour.

For your diapers, once per day you must pick a time when you have at least two hours consecutively, and you will be having an accident. This is a literal accident, and it will most likely be incredibly painful. You will start drinking a cup of water every 30 minutes and you must hold your pee until you absolutely cannot hold it anymore. You must hold it until your body releases outside of your control. I recommend doing this when you have extra time because afterwards, it'll be very hard to control your bladder. In fact, as long as you are diapered afterwards you aren't allowed to hold your bladder anymore. You must continue to leak into your diapers.

Finally, you aren't allowed to change out of your diapers unless absolutely necessary, specifically if wearing diapers at that time would break one of your limits. The only time you're allowed to change is either after messing or once they begin leaking. After changing, you have to edge once before you can put on another diaper and/or clothes.
