There is probably a thread on this already but how do I upload a personal pic to a pm?

Click the yellow box that looks like a mountain to insert a picture

Besides the landscape icon with which you can post a pic in your PM using a public image (internet), you can also add your personal pictures from your local computer by uploading them as an attachment (to your PM) by clicking on the paperclip.

Hm, I did doubt my answer a little and was right to doubt. Guess you can't upload attachments to a PM. Other options are:
• Add the pictures to your Google Drive Share Folder and share the link via a PM.
• Go to tinypic.com and upload your picture on here, and share the link via a PM.
• Post the picture in a getDare album and make the album private. Then share the album with any one of your friends because only friends can see private albums.

So...since you're a staff member now...how about the creation of such a paperclip button? Would be kinda great...
