Player post something like
"If I lose <name of the game> game with you I will <your dare>"
any online game possible e.g. battleship-game.org
dare could be anything legal, could be simple like I will answer question, I will not use underwear on next day or anything harder

then other people could write "offers": what they will do if first player win.
first play can select any offer or nothing.

Optionally: first player can add that he is forced to accept one offer from list of offers added in the next X minutes/hours.

note: many players can post own "If I lose game with you" post, so when answering to offer quote exactly for whom your offer is.

If I lose battleship-game.org with you, I will play bstrp.exposed on your settings. *note I never really lost on in and played only 3 times on easy settings.

note: it is my decision to accept offer or not.
