First, make a release device similar to this:
Use an empty bottle and fill it with water. If you
want a long wait, use a bigger bottle.
Take two long ropes and tie them into two loops.
the knot parts goes into the bottom of the bottle,
which you keep in the freezer overnight. The loops
should be adjusted for tying your wrists together.

Tie your wrists like this: first, use one of the loops
from the bottle to tie your first wrist with, not too
tight but so you can't get it off without the help of
your hands. On your second wrist you can wear a
leather bracelet to avoid the rope cutting in your
wrist and maintaining blood flow to your hand.
Make a 'cinch noose' of the other loop so that it can
be easily tightened around you second wrist (bracelet)
just by moving the wrist away from the bottle a little.

Clothes: Nude with shoes and a big towel that is held up
only with one clothespin on your front (chest); no knot
or similar trick to keep it on your body is allowed.
This means that if you move around too much, the towel
will fall to the ground leaving your nude body on display!

Toys: Plug or similar (vibe; fruit) in your butt, with
toothpaste or similar as lube. Also, use toothpaste or
similar (icy hot; balm) on nipples and sex. In your
mouth, put a ball gag, and a blindfold before your eyes.
For extra points, listen to music using a small mp3
player and earplugs in your ears.

or similar object you can tie your arms around. Undress,
and attach your Toys (wait with the blindfold). Tie your
shoes to a rope that goes around the base of the tree so
that each foot is placed on opposite sides of the tree
and your butt is facing the tree. Wrap the towel around
your body under your armpits and hold it together with
the clothespin in front. Fasten one wrist to one loop
on the bottle, attach the blindfold, and finally reach
around the tree behind your back and fasten the other
loop to your other wrist. Now wait for the ice to melt!
