Hi! I don't think this is considered public, because you don't reveal anything.

You'll need some vibe/vibes, a long chain or metal cable with loops at ends, and a small padlock.

First, hide the padlock key far away from your house in a safe place. You can hide a backup key for safety somewhere else equally far away.
