Listen to them on a loop whenever you are alone for the next week ( at least 4 hours). every day that you do this, you must be diapered. starting with one and adult clothes on the first day. the second day you must add either a diaper or babyish item while you are listening (ex: you can add a second diaper and stay in adult clothes, or stay in one diaper and add a binkie). you must go to at least three diapers thick and try stick to the hypnosis suggestions.

Put on a diaper, once the diaper is on you cannot stop wearing diapers until you hit 100 points through completing the tasks below:

+5 points: peeing in the diaper
+15 points: messing in the diaper
+15 points: going 16 hours without changing
+5 points: for every uninterrupted hour with a pacifier in (not sleeping)
+10 points: for every uninterrupted hour sucking thumb (not sleeping)

No going near a restroom or dropping your pants for 2 hours.

If you have an accident you must stay diapered for the next week. No changing that first diaper for 3 hours. Let's hope it holds so you don't have another accident.

Halloween is just around the corner. I think you should celebrate by dressing up like a baby that's dressing up like something else. So, you'd need diapers, pacifier, teddy, etc. Then you'd dress up as something else of your choice on top, let's say a kitty for example. So, to be a baby dressing up as a kitty you'd need to have wiskers, a tail, ears, paws, etc on top of your diaper and all.

Where you wear this costume is up to you, but you have to wear it for 6 hours at least and act the part when alone. I suggest going trick-or-treating. ^_^

I'd prefer something involving Halloween and for the day itself I'll be taking an actual baby out trick-or-treating.

Take a few diapers out and write on each one a different babyish or diaper involved costume. Everyday pull one of the diapers out at random and wear the costume written on the diaper. Take pictures then pick your favorite to post on halloween

Order a pizza delivered to your house. You must put on a double diaper and a onsie. When the pizza is delivered, you must answer the door and pay wearing only the baby clothes. If that is too much, you can wear footies instead.

Whenever you are at home for the next three days you must wear a diaper. It is up to you if you want to mess in them but all of your peeing must be done in the diaper. Just to add to your humiliation you are not allowed to wear any sort of pants or shorts while wearing the diaper (unless you live with people, then wear pants). Also, while you are to sleep with a pacifier in your mouth. Enjoy!

Diaper up, for the next day you are going to be peeing a lot, roll a dice this is how many diapers you are allowed to use for the day, 6? you'll be fine 1? uh-oh.
Diaper up from the moment you wake up, you can only pee in diapers till the same time tomorrow. The dare ends when you wake up and pee in your diaper the folowing day. Every 30 minutes you are to drink 2 glasses of water or w/e liquid you choose. The second you feel the urge to pee do it straight away.

put on your normal street clothes.
Now egde 2x
after that get naked again and get some diapers
lay them flat on the ground (bathroom) and pee on them
after you completely emtied your bladder put on the dirty diaper + clean one on top
stay like that for 6h.

You must diaper up and go Christmas shopping in the mall! You can wear whatever you want over it, but during your time there you must buy more baby supplies, a suppository, and a build a Bear! When you get home you have to have used all your items before you are allowed to change! All pee and poo must be in your diaper!

This one may require Diapers with reusable tabs.
For the next 24 hours you will be diapered.
Start of double diapered. Don't treat the inside one.
When the inside one gets wet, you may removed it and put the outside diaper back on them as two diapers.
So everyone you need to change the diaper you will be wearing one more diaper then before.

After the 24 hours are up,. You may start removing the inside diaper as it gets spoiled, the outside diapers must be put back on.

PS: I tried this yesterday and still have 4 diapers on, so I feel very well padded and just came back from shopping.
