This dare will last 12 hours, and you’ll need at least one diaper and 750grams of uncooked oatmeal.

Set a timer for 6 hours and diaper up.
How many you put on is up to you, I would reccomend two; maybe add some duct tape around your leg holes, but it’s up to you.

Before the timer goes off, you will need to prepare the oatmeal and then use each spoonful of it in one of two ways:
Either eat it, or put it in your diaper.

By the time the timer goes off, hopefully both your tummy and diaper are very full of oatmeal.

Reset the timer for 6 hours. You may not change until it goes off.
