Pee in a glass or bowl and use it to wash your hair - use your hands to help "lather" and suck your fingers clean afterwards. During the same shower, shit in your hand and smear a little bit somewhere on your body. You can do whatever you want with the rest of the shit, but you'll be cleaning your hands with only your mouth and piss, if you have any left to use.

Get dressed when you are done with both tasks - no real shower or cleaning for at least an hour afterwards.

For me - currently ran out of diapers. Happy to use my clothes or body instead as long as it's within my limits

Something I can do over a couple hours to keep myself busy over the weekend I have alone would be nice~

For Littlemellife - make sure you are dressed, and have a diaper ready in another room on the other end of your house or apartment. Pull your pants or undies down and give yourself a fleet enema (at least 133 mL/4.5 oz). Pull your clothing back up and slowly walk to where you put your diaper. Strip completely naked, saving your underwear for last. Do 5 jumping jacks naked, and then put the diaper on.

If you held the enema until diaper was on, go ahead and release it. Edge once in your mess and then you can get changed.

If you made a mess outside of your diaper, start drinking some water because you need to keep it on until it leaks.

Next time you need to go number 1 or 2, you decided
Hold it for as long as possible the longer you hold the easier the task

1hour or less - just eat it all it’s what you deserve (if you don’t eat cover yourself)
1/2hours - eat/drink half throw the rest away with your mouth (cover if you don’t eat)
2/3hours - only 1 quarter with a bit of chew, throw the rest away with your mouth (same as the top two of you don’t eat)
3/4 - place a chunk in your mouth, chew swish and gargle then spit into toilet
4/5 hours - just place in mouth for 5 min
5/6 - sniff with a bit of smearing
6/7 - shit normally you deserve it might hurt a bit though
