No, I don't believe that prostitution should be legal. Think more people would be forced into it if it was and there was no risk of arrest.

you know the argument for legalizing prostitution is that it creates rules and regulations around the profession making it actually safer - ensuring lower spread of STDs, safe working environments, inspections etc. With that in mind, if it were legal, and you could work in a safe environment, guaranteed wages, would you consider being a prostitute?

I agree that legalising prostitution probably would make it safer, but still don't think it should be. Girls who are perhaps struggling at school may think it's an easy option rather than working harder and others may be pressurised into it more as an "easy" way to make money. Many other reasons too that I won't go into.

And no, I would never consider being a prostitute regardless of weather it was legal or safe.
