Put on 3 items. Like skirt, t-shirt (short), panties. Take your backpack with a padlock, take the key. You will need a dice.

Jog into hood, hide the key there. Jog in opposite direction, relatively far. Roll a dice. 1-2 - take off one time, 3-4 - two items, 5-6 - you will have your shoes. Put the clothes into the backpack and lock it.
Now get the key from the hood or run home if you are the pussy (pun intended).

Haha, fair enough. I do like the idea of you being forced to move quickly to avoid exposure, in addition to whatever else you have planned. Maybe you could schedule an email to send after a set amount of time, you could attach some humiliating pics that'll be sent to someone if you don't get back in time?

You could do it in stages, run for 5 minutes from your house at a fast pace and then hide a copy of your house key somewhere and then run home. Then set the email timer to 9 minutes, strip to your undies and leave your regular house key at home. This way you can start the timer and step outside and you'll have no choice but to run fast to where your key is hidden in order to get back and stop the timer before you're exposed.

Place all your clothes and house keys inside your locked bag, then leave that in a bush or something by your door. The day before, hide the key to the bag somewhere public, where anyone could see it but not too obvious.
Then it’s as simple as on the night running to the key and hoping it’s still there. For added risk, place the key two or three days earlier than your run for extra chance someone takes it.

Doesn't have to be a guy. Use the email of your local library or your doctor or a family member (if you're really daring). The point is to force yourself to move quickly (and therefore risk more public exposure).

You could maybe accomplish something similar by setting yourself a target time for your run and if you don't hit your target you have to do the run again but with one less item of clothing on.
