The next time you have to piss, hold it for as long as you can, to the point where a few more mins and you would def piss your pants, and right then go put on a diaper and piss in it. Do this every time you have to piss for a day, only wearing the diaper while pissing in it. The next day take an enema and put in a buttplug, then put the diaper on from the day before and another dry diaper on top of that. Now you may not remove the diapers or the buttplug until you start to leak. You can release the enema where ever you want.

I dare you to Put on a diaper. The drink 2 glasses of water (at least 12 oz each) and drink at least on more each half hour after. As you are doing this you must hold your bladder as long as possible. Then after you finally wet you will face a punishment based upon how long you could hold it.

less than one hr: you can do better, cut slits in your current diaper and place another over it and repeat the dare

1-2 hrs: you must stay in your wet diaper until you mess it.

2-3 hrs: you must stay in your wet diaper until it leaks.

4+: you did well, you may take off your diaper once you masturbate in it.

Also while in the punishment phase you should still drink a glass of water per half hour.
