Now that you're allowed to edge, I think you should get a taste right away. Directly after the 50th squat, edge and immediately do the rest.

Open your legs the maximum you can and put the pump inside you.... how many pumps is your record? push you to the limit of pumps you can reach, then do the exercise with resistance band (100 is ok, but slowly. If you finish before 20 minutes, you'll have to stay 20 minutes: you'll decide if it's better for you to keep your legs opened, with your legs muscles aching, or closed, leaving your pussy sore. As I am also denied, I consider edges to be rewards. Let’s test how sore you are from all of these tasks.

I might be a dumb bimbo here, but is there a difference between push ups and press ups? I've done girl push ups while deepthroating my dildo earlier in this thread. I did girl push ups because I lose my form when doing real push ups (my arms are not strong enough for high reps of regular push ups), maybe with time I can do real push ups and not just girl push ups while doing this task. I thought they were the same thing. I’m awful at fitness things!

If you want to do them in that way with higher reps that’s fine, it’s really just to throw you into a predicament whilst plugged to make you really try and work the dildo in without gagging. A few things to juggle at once

I was 15 minutes and 97 (!!!) squats into the task before the biggest bead popped out. Ughhh. So close to avoid the ginger punishment. You should try it! It's fun. I did it in my post (post #84. It's on page 6 in this thread, if you're curious)

That’s a plan. I can only do like 1 push up though so I’d just end up swallowing it.

Maybe see what the maximum time you can hold for would be. I’ll try too, winner gets a prize?

Update on the fasting and diet aspect of this thread:

It's been a week since I started this thread. I fasted most of the time, but when I didn't, I consumed protein shakes, protein ice coffee and watermelon. Calorie intake for this week in total: 1303 calories.

I haven't weighed myself, but I can tell I lost the weight I had gained during quarantine. The fasting and low calorie intake wasn't really about weight loss though. It was about self discipline. It was a nice reset after eating too much out of boredom. My neighbor asked me today how I lost weight so fast. I am surprised the difference of a week was enough for another person to comment on it. I blushed just thinking about the real reason... I couldn't really tell her "I don't snack anymore because strangers online order me to keep my ass plugged all day and it makes me feel full" I came up with a lie of course haha

Now, I'll start to slowly introduce food that is more solid than watermelon. And from now on, I'll switch to intermittent fasting (My window for eating will be open for one-two hour(s) a day and then I'll water fast for the rest of the day) I'll slowly get back to eating a normal amount of calories. I don't need to lose weight anymore. But exercising, eating healthy and doing intermittent fasting to avoid snacking is still good But now that I up my calories again, I'll truly get the benefits from exercising.

Speaking of exercising, because I got a lot more plug time than exercises today, I'll add a few myself. I'll do 100 donkey kicks and 100 fire hydrants. Both with ankle weights (2 x 5 pounds).

That's not against the rule in any way. I am just asking, would any of you be willing to lower the amount of plug time hours in those tasks?
