Actually, I think I am going to take the mega reduction

Thank you so much. That was excruciating, but I know I deserved it.

I originally planned to do this in 10 sets of 10 to really feel the pain. The pain after the first set was exquisite and low in my stomach. I made a point to enjoy the pain for a moment before my next set. After 4 sets the pain was just too much and I knew I needed to just do the remaining 60 in quick succession so I don't focus too much. I felt like I needed to double over (I'm currently kneeling), but I knew that to make up for having to do the last few in quick succession I should penalise myself, so I made sure to pause for 60 seconds between each of my last five. I am in horrible pain! Thank you!
