ok, for the next 7 days when you get up flip a coin. If it is heads you can wear whatever. However, if it is tails, you must wear a diaper all day. It is up to you on if you use it or not, but if you wear 4 days then the fourth day on that you are in diapers you must wet them.

an even number: you are free to use the toilet
an odd number: you don't quite get your undies down in time and pee/poop in your undies on the toilet. Spank yourself 50 times with your soiled undies on for being so naughty.
After you wet your panties, you downgrade to pull ups. Repeat the above process until you wet your pull ups, then downgrade to diapers. If you wet your diapers using the same process, you downgrade to 24/7 baby, no more controlling your bladder or bowels for you.

for the next 4 days you must

1. wear/use diapers for everything (you only get 10 diapers)
2. you must write, "Ariana needs to wear diapers because she loves them and can't control herself" 100x every time you need to change
3. you must be x-dressed for at least 36 waking hours during the 4 days
4. you must use your diapers 7x while in public
5. 2x during your punishment, you must use the diaper so much it leaks.
6. If you run out of diapers you may still change, but you must write the above line 200x per change.
