When you next go trail running put on only lycra shorts and a t shirt and coat your legs in baby oil so the mud slides off but when you find a muddy puddle or some thick mud either "slip" and fall in it or scoop a handful of mud and put it in the front of your shorts. No underwear too btw.
I go jogging, trail running or gym/sauna. Nothing too obvious please
